RETURN POLICY

If not, feel free to send it back to us.

Items eligible for return are:

* Items un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered..

* Items must be returned with 5 days from the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

* Clearance, made to order, and PRE-ORDER items are FINAL SALE and can not be canceled or returned because they are ordered/made for YOU.

* We are unable to hold sizes for you to exchange.

* If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact mylittlejemsboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery- made to order items, please review made to order policies. 

In store credit will be issued for items returned. Please make sure it meets the criteria above.

Once return is received, it will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will be issued a store credit and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Once an order is placed it can not be canceled.
